Thread: Feedback on my ecommerce business

HI, I run an online home decor startup venture called Plushplaza.com. We are based in India and the market here is getting better for online sales. We also get a few orders from overseas but just wanted to get feedback from u guys if I should start a full fledged international shipping campaign where people in the states and Europe could purchase online and just pay the extra international shipping.

Do check out the site and would appreciate your feedback to see if there would be demand out west.

A few things I noticed from browsing the site quickly:
1) The site takes a long time to load. I would look at maybe getting a dedicated server or at least an upgrade from what you have now.
2) The main homepage has the largest image being unclickable and not having any information on it. I would add some writing too it, or make it clickable to "top sellers" or "specials"
3) I have to click on two different sub catergories before i see any products. i.e. bedding>bed in a bag>garden of eden>add to cart
It should be 1 click to check out. have it be available to check out right from the homepage, not 4 clicks later.

Overall, I do like the layout though. Good pictures and professional layout.

Thanks you for your wonderful feedback....have already worked on point number 2. It's clickable with some text...shall work on the navigation bit and the download speed...right now we are focusing on the Indian market but hope to get overseas soon too..
