    Question Best Books On Delegation?

    What are your recommendations? Best book? Biggest impact? No fluff? Favorites?

    I need to focus on prioritizing and delegation.

    thanks zendolphin I just purchased The Essential Drucker (Collins Business Essentials) would you recommend one of is individual works as this is a collection of ideas over 10 of his books.

    Time to start reading!

    Not strictly about techniques of delegating, but sort of a 10.000 feet view of your venture, hiring, delegating, systems - E-myth revisited...
