No idea what I'm doing but I do like sharing stories occasionally.

I teach science, mainly, and some social studies to 10-12 year olds. Same lessons every year. We are currently going through the industrial revolution. It got me to thinking that what made this country great was that we did not have it all. We wanted more.
I've been a member of this forum since about the second week of its inception. Like many here, I was a member at RD forum and needed some information. I read the RDPD book and the next logical progression was to find the forum. The level of excess noise there was overwhelming. I knew I needed some pieces of my puzzle, I knew tHe questions to ask, but I couldn't find the right people to ask. I did finally get my answers on that forum and progressed with that information but it was still frustrating.
Howdy and welcome. Not sure what I can put here that will be of value to anyone.
Words of advice or wisdom? Think it out, make a plan, execute, don't take no for an answer. Watch your cashflow all the times, have cash reserves, don't leverage too much.
More to come, good luck to all.
