I',m no economist but I do consider myself to be pretty well educated. I cant help but wonder why the mba's on wall street never state the obvious. Its wrong to punish the bernie madoffs of the world win the truth of the matter is our whole economy is one big ponzi scheme. Obviously if every bank or mutual fund customer wanted their money at once there is no way they would all get it. so why is it ok for a bank to operate in a mannor that ties up funds that are supposed to be readily available for the customer but when an individual does it then it is a crime. makes you wonder.
