Still waiting to get a signed acceptation of my quote to build a house for a client.

He had a baby son just before christmas, who is now being treated in hospital with bronchitis.

This has obviously pushed his priorities away slightly esp with christmas etc meaning that I am in a bit of a halfway position. ...
