The Secret to Making Millions

Don't chase the money.
Hell no.
That's what real estate agents and affiliate marketers and people in MLM schemes ...etc do.
What do you do instead?
It seems simple but it elludes everyone it seems.
It's what Steve Jobs did. It's what Trump does. It's what other's who are mega successful do.
They have two desires - to great a fantastic service/product, and to create amazing companies.
That's it.
Jobs said it. He's quoted in his bio.
Jobs would ignore the profit maximization part until the very end, until after he's shipped and gained a share of the market. When all there is left to do is create something new and maximize the profits of what is already created. But not the other way around. Apple spent 10 years without jobs trying to maximize profits in everything they did before they even created anything at all! They had dozens of products in the making and were close to 90 days from going under. Jobs came in, layed off 3000 people, cut all their projects down to 4, and continued on from there to revive the company and leave a solid foundation after he passed away.
He built a company to last. He created incredible products. He ignored what others were doing and organically figured out how to have his entire company work as one. He took a look around as created products that HE and his people liked first hand. They'd say "wow I really do LOVE this thing we made!".
Sal Khan started creating youtube videos for his cousins in india to help tutor them. After a while strangers began to comment on them saying "Wow this is great thanks!!". Fast forward a few years and Khan Academy is born with the support of Bill Gates.
Sal said "It started as a 'nice to have'". I want to find a quote on trump.. But I'm sure he says his own motivation is seeing a building created and making it magnificent. THAT is his motivation. His creation. He's already rich. Why does he keep doing what he does? Because he loves to create awesomeness. And the more awesomeness he brings into the world, the richer he becomes as a byproduct.
Forget money chasing. Sure, I want to have nice things. But I'll be richer, happier and naturally fueled with passion when I'm creating something that I'll LOVE.
