Default where to put your money?

Since I am a forward thinker, and I know I will be successful in business, I have been trying to research where wealthy people put all their money, so I know what to do when I get there.

Since banks only insure up to $100k, where do you put the rest safely, and at a place where it is easily accessible for you to use?

So far the only thing I have found that might be the way to go is CDARS, but still not sure about that either.

Where do all of these millionairs put their money, where it is safegaurded, and easily accessed for all of their spending?

you can get accounts insured up to 50M or more, in places like Merrill lynch, Goldman Sachs ect.

banks are not where you store money.

Protect against inflation. I would focus on acquiring assets with intrinsic value.

Fiat currency (federal reserve notes) can be devalued overnight (and will be).

The recession we are in the midst of now ... is just the tip of the iceberg compared to what lies ahead.

Check out Robert Kiyosaki's book "The Prophecy." Watch the national debt.

I know damn well what lies ahead ... and holding on to excessive paper money ... is a high-risk strategy.
