That seems like a neat tool, and it looks like it provides a general safety net (SOMETHING IS BETTER THAN NOTHING,) but there is no substitute to good actual legal counsel. Your ToS should actually be designed specifically for the type of business you operate and your company in particular, as a general catch-all variety of ToS will leave alot of loopholes that can be exploited.

I've heard it from many places including some of the successful members on this forum. There is no cheap workaround for getting solid legal advice. It might seem like a big cost upfront now, but it can save you multiples if the worst case scenario happens.

Yea that's what I thought. For the meantime though this will have to do. Does anyone know if I can add specifics of my business within this? For instance, refund policy, etc.?

Refund policy would be separate and you should write that yourself. That is not sometihng that would be cookie cutter.

Tip: Remember if you are not controlling the inventory to line the RP up with that of the supplier/manufacture/shipper.

I'll write the refund policy myself, but where should I locate it on the site? Payment page? Anywhere else?

I have a checkbox on my payment pages that they accept TOC and RP. but footer of the site is good as well. people always want to know this info. It helps to have it right there for them.

Yea maybe I should include it as a checkbox on the payment page. That should be something the programmer could easily add on for me right?

yes and very easy to have it verify it is checked before advancing and report if its not. this way you know its very available for customers, no one can say that you were hiding anything which you do not want to do anyway. Are you warehouseing product, dropshipping, or doing affiliate stuff?
