Thread: City or High School name rights?

Can you manufacture items with a cities name on it? Ex. Manufacture "Garden City" towels to sell online.

How about High Schools? Ex. manufacturing "Minneapolis North High School Warriors" cell phone covers?

Many institutions sell licensing rights to use their trademarks and logos on merchandise. I know that's how most universities do it.
